4. PRODUCT SAFETY

RAYVION products may contain beads, pearls, charms, shells, picking tools, storage bags, and other small components.

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Customers agree to follow these safety requirements:

  • Keep the product and all loose components away from babies, young children, and pets.

  • Adult supervision is required when the product is used by a minor.

  • Do not place beads, silicone, charms, tools, or other components in the mouth.

  • Do not swallow or inhale any component.

  • Do not use the product if it is damaged, contaminated, or has developed an unusual odor or appearance.

  • Picking tools must be handled carefully and stored safely.

  • Stop using the product immediately if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all instructions and determining whether the product is suitable for the intended user.

5. REMELTING AND MICROWAVE SAFETY

Any remelting or recasting process must be performed by a responsible adult.

Customers must follow all instructions supplied with the product. Do not leave the product unattended while heating it.

Microwave power levels and heating times vary. Use short heating intervals and avoid overheating. The silicone, mold, and container may become hot during the process.

Allow all materials to cool completely before touching, picking, handling, or giving the product to another person.

Do not place the black travel case, plastic storage bags, metal picking tools, decorative accessories, loose beads, or any non-microwave-safe component in a microwave.

Dreamair LLC is not responsible for injuries or property damage caused by:

  • Failure to follow the provided instructions.

  • Excessive heating or overheating.

  • Use of an unsuitable appliance or container.

  • Heating unauthorized product components.

  • Unsupervised use by a minor.

  • Misuse, alteration, or improper storage of the product.

6. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, bundles, and product availability may change at any time without notice. A product placed in a shopping cart is not reserved until the order has been successfully completed and accepted.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.

If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a technical, typographical, or administrative error, we may correct the error and cancel or adjust the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

10. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Products returned without authorization, after the applicable notification period, or in a used, incomplete, contaminated, melted, modified, or damaged condition may be refused to the extent permitted by law.

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges and discretionary return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

The 24-hour notification requirement does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable federal or state law.
